1. Booking Policy

  • To confirm your booking, a 20% advance payment of the total tour cost is required.

  • In addition, 100% payment for flight/train tickets must be made at the time of booking.

  • Once the advance is received, we will proceed with hotel reservations, ticketing, and other travel arrangements, and keep you informed of the progress.

  • After initial confirmations, you will be required to pay an additional 30% of the total tour cost.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be cleared at least 30 days prior to arrival in India.

  • All prices are based on current foreign exchange rates and may vary at the time of final payment due to currency fluctuations.

Peak Season Policy (20 Dec – 05 Jan)

  • Full payment is required in advance for bookings during the Christmas and New Year period.

Luxury Train Bookings:

  • 25% of the total fare is required at the time of booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid 75 days before departure.

2. Terms & Conditions

  • Changes to confirmed bookings are discouraged.

  • However, we will try to accommodate modification requests subject to availability.

  • Any amendments may attract applicable service or administrative charges.

3. Cancellation Policy (Tours)

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email and will be effective from the date of receipt.

Refund structure:

  • 90 days or more before arrival: 50% of deposited tour cost refunded

  • 60–90 days before arrival: 30% refund

  • 45–60 days before arrival: 20% refund

  • Within 45 days of arrival: No refund

4. Cancellation Policy (Luxury Trains)

  • 75+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charges

  • 25–74 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges

  • Less than 25 days: No refund (100% cancellation charges apply)

5. Cancellation Policy (Flights)

  • Flight tickets are generally non-refundable.

  • Date or name changes may be permitted as per airline rules and charges.

6. Cancellation Policy (Wildlife Safaris)

  • Safari bookings for national parks and wildlife reserves in India are non-refundable.

  • Any change in date will be treated as a cancellation and no refund or adjustment will be provided.

7. Payment Methods

We offer multiple secure payment options:

  • Online payment gateway (Credit/Debit Cards)

  • Credit card authorization (offline mode)

  • Bank transfer / wire transfer

Online Payments:

  • Transactions made through our website are secure.

  • We do not store your card details. Payments are processed through authorized gateways, and your bank handles the authentication.

Credit Card Authorization:

  • Payments can also be processed offline with a signed authorization form permitting us to charge your card.

Bank Transfers:

  • Payments can be made directly to our bank account. Details will be shared upon request.

8. Balance Payment for Tours

  • Final payment must be completed at least 7 days before tour commencement via credit card or bank transfer.

  • Authorization payment option is available only for itineraries longer than 5 days and where the stay in Delhi exceeds 2 days.

9. General Terms

  • By using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

  • We act solely as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, and transport operators.

  • All services are provided on an “as available” basis, and we are not responsible for the quality or performance of third-party providers.

10. Force Majeure

  • We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, strikes, operational issues, or technical failures.

  • In such situations, we reserve the right to modify itineraries or arrangements in the interest of safety and smooth operations.

11. Governing Law

  • These terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
